Then all you would have would be a better way to farm cards, and you'd keep your nice cards for S3 while having a slightly higher chance of receiving them (as not everyone will keep them as shown even in this thread). Doesn't sound like the end of the world to me.
I'm just pointing out that a lot of people create a lot of nice nations where they put attention into them concerning flags/names/themes etc, and then also use them as card farms. So if the goal is to get rid of a lot of puppets for some reason this might work not as good as people think it would.
