Well, as one can see, my flag is static, despite it being a gif.

Is there anything I can do? Since I kinda want the screwery of it to be perfectly visible.

It's too big, that file is 332x220 pixels and 240 kilobytes in size, GIF flags have fit within 321x213 pixels and be under 150 kilobytes in size.

You just need to resize the image so it fits within those limits for it to work.
