Could we get Giphy.com added to the whitelist?
Example:
https://media.giphy.com/media/l2Z84eFooeHJu/giphy.gif
As well as tenor.com?
Example:
https://tenor.com/xo1t.gif
Giphy is one of the largest gif hosting sites on teh web, and Tenor while not as large is much easier for mobile users to employ.

I don't think Github is on the whitelist? Eg, the following throws an error:

What are you asking exactly?
Imgur is very easy to use. You upload your picture to imgur, you wait for it to load, you right click it and get the image address. You don't even need to publish to the community or sign in.
If you mean the image is too big to post here, then you need to reduce the size out of imgur, I think. This one I either had to shrink or link. I opted to link.
- Code: Select all

I actually did the "get share links" and hovered over the option where it said BBCode and it generates whatever picture format (for me, it's png) and in the tags as well.

I would like to request that we can use weebly. I've used it for years as Xuande-Xiphoi and New Hayesalia and have always had a great appreciation for it. It also seems well-run by the site management with maximum file sizes, etc, particularly for free accounts like mine.
For instance, this is my factbook website - https://xuande-xiphoi.weebly.com/
An example of a directly hosted image would be:

Its the same as Wikipedia but has many more photos and in fact its owned by Wikipedia and its their photo server
Indo States wrote:Arpasia wrote:Has Wikimedia been accepted yet?
It has been already, but we cannot use Wikimedia Images due to a Bug on the Image Header. I had a Forum Thread about it Reporting the Bug. If you need to use it, reupload it to Pinterest or Imgur or whatever any kind of Image Host Provider that could work.

Hanovereich wrote:Furthermore, I don't think it's a bug on the image header. The thread Indo States has tells me that it's probably Wikipedia making sure we don't use their bandwidth.
[violet] wrote:OP's problem does stem from a different deficiency in the same area of code, where the forum tries to identify the type of image you're uploading. The forum can't detect a couple of modern image formats, and this isn't easily fixable as it lives in a core technology that we can't update.
