Help With API Recruiting

Hello, Swedish-Norwegian Kingdoms here. I'm having some trouble with the API.

I've been "recruiting" using nstg.web. And I was curious enough to check if I actually send those telegrams. I made a puppet called Cauthess Lopoa and I didnt receive the telegram, even though the log says I sent it. A few days later, I made another puppet called Roblox Moderators and although the logs said it has been sent, there was nothing.

Do you have some API programs that are like nstg.web but it, actually works, or just a mobile and online API recruitment program?

nstg-web should work, I know people who have used it successfully. Check if you have blocked recruitment telegrams on the nation(s) which you tested on. If not, there is a list of API clients. I have personally tested Communique for WA campaigning.

Also, if you are newly creating puppets, I believe (may be wrong) they can receive only a certain number of recruitment telegrams at a time. Your telegram may have hit the limit and hence not been received.
