Question about foe/friend list

So are deleted nations or "nations that cease to exist" still on fie list or do they get removed? Also, is it possible to put all puppets of a nation in a foe or friend list?

Yes, I'm Homophobic, Transphobic etc. not stop incessantly responding to me and then have the audacity to claim I am the one "trolling". If I don't respond to you most likely I'm on your foe list. If one is hypersensitive I recommend putting me on your foe list

Deleted nations are still tracked by NS, so I think those still do exist on your foe list. Foe-ing entire groups of puppets however is impossible, unless you simply brute-force it and do it manually.
