Help!

I gave my brother my computer since he wanted to play steam(I have Universe Sandbox 2 on my PC). When I come back, I open chrome and I see NS is open, so I ask him and he declines. I don't really care about it at the time because it didnt affect me. When I go to make a new nation for a RP I was working it, it said that repeat nation was currently toggled. I thought nothing about it, and tried again, the next day. I repeated this cycle for about 3 days before I finally click create nation, and it says im not allowed? How does this work?? How can I fix it??

I don't know how to treat it, and I don't know what "Repeat Nation" is, but please use a more "private" device like a phone for NS.

I dont know! I only know it wont let me create a new nation..

When I try to create one it says "Sorry, repeat nation creation is currently throttled! This is usually an automatic measure in response to a high volume of new nation foundings. Please try again later."

Can you use another device (like a phone) to use another account and bypass the "Repeat Nation" rule?

It wont let me, and when I click "create nation", it says im not permitted to make new nations..??

Ah. The mods have had some issue over that past few days with some system overload, and are probably limiting the amount of nations able to be made right now.

No. I haven't tried to make an alt recently though.

But I wouldn't be surprised if this is a overload thing. NS has recently had some issues with it and Max Barry (The guy who created NS) has said he's working on updating the system.

It appears someone coming from the same IP as you was spamming regions and so the ability to create new nations from that IP was disabled temporarily. You may want to have a word with your parents about what your brother is getting up to online, but you should be able to create nations again in about 2 hours from now.

That makes sense and all, but 3 days have passed and nothing changed, although, ty for explaining it, im gonna talk to my brother now.
