Did you guys implement longer post cooldown in response to all the spamming? Is this permanent or only going to be as-needed?

At the moment it's a 60 second cooldown (previously was 15 seconds.) We'll probably lower it back down to around 30 seconds once the forum's creakiness is sorted out, sorry!
