Regional passwords not working properly?

In trying to apply a regional password, I've found that the text box for the password is not selectable - so no password (or changed password?) seems possible. Using IE7

Same problem here. And I know of at least one more region with an identical problem. Can someone help us out?

I've noticed this too, actually.

Indeed. When creating a new region you can set a password, and change it afterwards. But if you create a new region without a password, you cannot put a password on it.. you can select the box, but the password-field stays grey.
