I've just returned to the game after a year or two hiatus and I just had a question about the different levels of Economies I see in NS. What would be the general scale at which they are ranked. Some of the descriptions are self explanatory such as strong is better than reasonable, but how does power house rank with all consuming or imploded? How are they scaled with one another? Thanks.
