Economic freedom and the Socialism policy?

Some of my objectives for this nation are to reach the Iron Fist Comsumerists category (I'm currently a Moralistic Democracy) and also to have the Socialism policy. My problem is that to be IFC you must have a moderate amount of economic freedom, but (I think?) getting the Socialism policy automatically tanks that stat to zero or even below it.

That happening to my nation would make it a Psychotic Dictatorship, and to become IFC I'd then have to increase economic freedom, but, as already said, I want to keep the Socialism policy as well.

So, to make my point clear, my question is the following: are there ways to increase your economic freedom while staying socialist? Are there issues that contemplate this option?

I'm not sure, I think you have to ask another person.

I think I did it once on a puppet by completely destroying the environment and increasing wealth gaps. It also had a large black market that specialized in Uranium Mining, Arms Manufacturing and some other things. I was somehow able to reach IFC and keep it, but it eventually became capitalist so I could turn the nation into a Corporate Police State.
