How do I make a contact form?

I had this idea that I make something like a contact form in my fact book, but I'm not sure how this works here.
The Idea is that one of my pages has a link that would lead to the Telegrams with my nation as the recipient, maybe even with a prewritten text in it.
Is this possible?

Using that—wormfodder delivery, an example would be:

You can see at the end of the URL, the pre-written message (if you choose to add one) should be URL encoded. You can use a site like https://www.url-encode-decode.com/ to do that.
