Classification

So I was looking over some cards and saw that one of them had an insane classification, it had like 20 words in it. When I went to go make my card have a super long classification, it limited me to a certain amount of characters. Does this have something to do with population? Why can't I make a super long classification?

Game mods can and do give themselves (and others) ridiculously long pre-titles (presumably from the NS mod cp) as a joke.

No, Katganistan S2 also, and Mallorea And Riva just off the top of my head and probably others.
