[Question/Suggestion] On the 'Latest Forum Topics' bar.

Is there any way to disable those annoying political boards from popping up in the latest topics bar? I am honestly sick of seeing the latest "socialed ism vs capitaled ism blah blah anarchisms socialisms" thread in my sidebar and would appreciate it if there were a way to only show posts from a certain subforum on the sidebar, as to tailor it for the needs of any user. As someone who really despises discussing politics on this site, it would be nice to see the NSG threads hidden and only roleplay or F7 threads shown or something. Not sure if this is even a thing since I haven't found any options about it but if it isn't then I guess this thread can also double as a suggestion for the admins then.

But yeah, would be nice if I could only see some posts so I didn't get tempted to click on one of the stupid political threads only for my blood to boil upon seeing some of the stuff said by people. Pretty sure others would also appreciate this feature being implemented.

Latest topics was a bit of custom code written by Max or [violet] or somebody back in the day. Adding some sort of filter would probably require significantly more code.

You can do what I do and just ignore the Latest Topics entirely. I go directly to the forums I'm interested in.

A shame, but honestly expected. Yeah my curiosity is honestly what makes the bar so unbearable, so for someone with a little more self control it is probably much easier to just ignore it.

You can use an adblocker like uBlock Origin to block the box.
