Can you politely Sageru your posts to threads on nationstates so threads won't get bumped up to the top. Sometimes I feel my posts does not warrant such attention.

Posts are automatically appended to threads at the date and time they are submitted. That bumps the thread to the top of that forum. There are no other options.
