I have a question of you have a nation that got deleted it and it was in the wa and you have another Nation that is existing can it join the wa

I believe that nations leave the WA when they cease to exist. So the answer would be yes. But I could be wrong.

Also I have another question of a Nation that is a Founder
Of a region cease to exist and they have another nation in that same region can the that Nation send something to world Assembly asking them stop a world Assembly
Delicate that is invading and overthrowing the government of that region and make them the world Assembly delicate and if you know please respond.

No. I think your region is lost, unless you manage to get a group of people who can help you become WA delegate, though I don't think you're going to find enough to overpower the raiders.

Edit: I don't think the WA will lift a finger to help you.

this is just a question. Not related to this topic can a moderator or a game admin change a Founder to a region if that nation was a Founder to a region and they have another nation in that region can it be changed

As you've already been told, your nation was deleted for flaming another player via telegram, coupled with your extensive history of rulebreaking behavior. "Asking about appeals" is not a rules violation. Calling another player, and I quote, a "two-faced s***" is flaming, and is a rules violation.
