Please note that if you ordered your nation to begin researching a cure in the first few minutes of Z-Day, the setting may not have taken effect due to a technical glitch.

You should check to make sure your nation page just above the Z-Day chart shows "<nation> is researching a cure."

edit: Regarding posts below, it is normal to see your nation developing a Horde superweapon even if you are researching a cure. You develop Hordes whenever you have zombies, and cure research takes a while to generate results.

That would be good, except that there's not even a 0% complete display for Cure Missile Mk.1 progress. There's no Cure/Kill superweapons being displayed at all when you choose those options, which seems like it's either a bug or an extremely confusing and counter-intuitive way of doing this.

You would have to assume that, because there's no indicator for cure or kill weapon progress. That's the problem.

From past memory, updates only happen once an hour. So I would presume in about 20 min we'll have updates on our cure missile status.
