Bug When Formatting Text on RMB, WFE, and Dispatches

I found the following bug: I highlight a selection of text, then click the bold button, then highlight a different selection of text, and then click the bold button again. Instead of adding bold tags around the second selection of text, it removes the bold tags from the first selection. The same applies for italics and underline (though not when clicking bold on the first selection and italics on the second, etc.). I've found this happen when drafting and editing RMB posts, making WFE edits on a region admin page, and when drafting and editing dispatches/factbooks, though not when making or editing forum posts. I've found it happen on both Chrome 86 and Firefox 81 (both on Windows 10), on different nations, and both using the bold/italics/underline buttons and using CTRL+B/CTRL+I/CTRL+U. When I edit or add text between making the first selection bold and the second, the bug doesn't happen.

I can't tell by your description, but if the passages you are applying to are in someway abut then that may be intentional.

It happens on text selections that do not abut (including selections on different lines, etc.).

Should be fixed now, with the possible exception of some versions of Chrome+Android.
