Name colors and accessibility

everyone can tell who is a Mod and who isn't. Our nation names are in beautiful, radiant colors while you civilians have just plain old green.

Come to think of it maybe its not ideal to be differentiating mods and users with a color combination that is not distinguishable to people with the most common form of colorblindness.

Usually, although there are a few people with irregular titles, like USS Monitor being listed as a "Retired Moderator" despite being a current issue editor, or Pythagosaurus being a "Cute Purple Dinosaur" rather than anything more informative.
