Sometimes some issues are answered by problems with the touch of the phone. In other words, when you slide your finger over the issue, unintentionally, an answer is selected.
It must be possible to undo a issue when this occurs. How can we cancel an approved issue?

I'm sorry, there's unfortunately no way to revert it back. However, you can go to settings and check on "Confirm issue choice..." so that you at least have a second chance before you select an issue.

Alternatively, to undo your damages, there are sometimes follow-up issues! Ones that can partially undo the damage on your stats. Do you remember which issue and choice you have chosen?

There is no way to reverse an issue. However, you can choose "Require Confirmation" which will make it so that when you click "Confirm" on an option, it will force you again to either confirm or deny it.
