[SUGGESTION] Blockage of telegrams from WA Compliance

This is so annoying so I want the ability to block telegrams from the WA Compliance council or whatever. It has got to the point were if I see a notification in the WA and my telegrams, I think the WA compliance has sent a TG.

viewtopic.php?f=15&t=490050Even though I'm not totally sure whether I do want it, A lot of other people are sure, and it looks like it might be time for admin to at least make clear public comment on if they'll change to notices or not.
