Yes. I assumed that it was from The Communist Bloc, but seeing you guys also got it, it could be from somewhere else. I checked at Page 1 of the TCB RMB and it's nowhere to be found.

Alright. So it turns out that particular post is actually from the Pacific, despite being labelled as a post in Europe.

This is truly confusing.

I think those previous notices today are permanently broken.
