[Bug?] Reply count not updating for a thread

For the below thread, the sidebar thing still shows replies as "1" even though there are more. Even after refresh, it stays that way.

I am getting the same problem on the sidebar, the compulsory military thread has 184 posts but it still shows 140 on the sidebar

It seems as if the entire "Latest Forum Topics" section is stuck. Even though there's been pretty consistent posting today, from what I see, the same four or five threads remain listed. Their post counts do not change, even though I've checked and they have had more posts made to them. Even if I log out and log back in, it remains the same.

Since this is related to OP:
On Mobile the Latest Forum Topics section is blank. Usually I’d see like at most two/one and a half threads, but now it’s completely blank. Is it because I’m using mobile site or is it just being repaired?
