Dispatch Bug?

Hey all. Whenever I try to post a new dispatch, it says:
Your Nation has reached the maximum of 25 Factbooks.

However, I am aware that you can post a higher number of dispatches?

It’s been doing this for a while, and I finally decided to ask about it.

I use NS stats because the Pacific has a guidebook.
I’m Penguinya, a nation which is themed off of penguins, but we have humans too and aims to build a big military. It's just hard to answer issues correctly sometimes...

Make sure you haven't selected the "factbook" category for your dispatch.
