NOTICE: Slow Minor daily update; Major is canceled

Heads-up that we'll probably have to cancel today's Major daily update due to strain on the database, which is mid-transfer to new hardware. If Major does go ahead, it will probably run extremely slowly and take most of a day to complete.
So we will probably skip it so that we can get things back to normal sooner.

I dunno, it might make scheduling easier on the raider side if we can find a target anytime of the day
