[BUG] 0-value card

This card has a market value of 0. Isn't market value supposed to be capped at the card's junk value?
INTP, -4.25 Economic Left/Right, -4.1 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian, tastes like chicken.

The problem is, MV rounds to divisible-by-5 intervals, something like this:
  • MV 0 to 5 - 0.05 intervals
  • MV 5 to 50 - 0.50 intervals
  • MV 50+ - 1.00 intervals

So if there's been heaps of sales of a card at 0.01 or 0.02, then it rounds to 0.05 intervals, which means it will end up with a MV of 0.00.

EDIT: Also, there's no offical cap on how low MV can go - you can theoretically have an MV less than JV - but the market will most likely stop that from happening, barring deliberate manipulation. Who would sell a card for 0.05 if they can just junk it instead, and get 0.10?

I thought so as well, and thought it updated when a sale went through, yet:
4 hours ago: Snow 135 sold for 0.03.
4 hours ago: Mediobogdum bought for 0.03.
5 hours ago: Snow 135 asked for 0.03.
