Is it possible to unlock all the banners on a single nation?

I don't know if this is the right board, but is it possible (albeit very hard) to unlock all the banners on a single nation? has this ever been done before?

If you are really dedicated in build and destroy your own stats, then it is possible.

To create a nation now will be impossible, as there is a banner only available to nations founded in Antiquity, and they aren’t really committed to destroying their stats...
