This was on one of my Centrism-themed Card Farms,
Mand Islands.
The telegram that made this possible was probably created using stamps I guess...

If you're being spammed by telegrams, you can report any telegram to the mods by clicking on the timestamp of the telegram and then Report. (Don't report a great number of telegrams separately)

Also, obligatory not a mod, but an all caps title with a swear word in it probably aint gonna help you get the help you wish to have, despite the fact that if its TG spam then you need to GHR it and this would be the wrong forum anyways

The 20 telegram call doesn't kick in until you log out / close every tab of the game. The game gives you time to manage your telegrams in order to decide what you're going to keep and what you're going to either archive or delete.
