I accidentally permentally turned off the mobile site how do I turn it back on?

Deleting cookies should work it out, I guess. But you have to login again in this case.
That's a crude way, but I cannot think of anything more convenient.
Please disregard that.

You can go to the mobile site directly by entering m.nationstates.net as opposed to just nationstates.net

In https://www.nationstates.net/page=settings, change your Theme to Mobile.
