I propose a new concept in NS. I propose a Regional/NS Superpower Rating Index. Under this index I propose a daily updating to regions in rankings based on their nations employed, administrative systems, structure of region, etc. Please make such a census to track the best regions on jobs and other opportunities with Human[Nations [non-puppet]] resource available
