Can someone tell me how to post images on my factbook? Can someone tell me how to post links to other things in NationStates in the RMD?

the [img]tag. You do it by doing this:

For example: [img]https://www.nationstates.net/images/flags/uploads/awesomeland012345__193147.png[/img]

that's the image of my flag. it would be displayed as...

the url is... https://www.nationstates.net/images/fla ... 193147.png

and I just put that url in the img tag.

Do also keep in mind that the mods HIGHLY encourage you to upload the pics you wanna post to an image hosting site such as Imgur AND not directly linking to the image from the website you found it on (assuming you aren't 100% creating your own images) since some sites don't allow hotlinking and they may replace your image with a 'DON'T HOTLINK!' pic or in some cases even pornography.

And the mods have said that if the latter were to happen, it will be treated like you deliberately posted pornographic content, even if you just wanted to post a picture of a person to serve as an image of your leader.
