Did not became WA Delegate but nation page disagrees

I became WA Delegate of Hexinati World Order as said on my nation page but the region says that no one became Delegate in the mentioned region. I also cannot use the Admin Panel at all

Is this a bug?

Its a bug that we (defenders) have seen in quite a couple of regions. It's been reported multiple times, but NS admin have yet to reply.

Is it happening during update operations? Sounds like a version of the race condition issue that has always existed in the background. Is it happening more now than it used to?
