I noticed this a week ago on 5/31/2020 with my nation 2019 Rachael where the activity page showed my nation becoming delegate and it showed me becoming delegate on the region page Chillin. After refreshing the page though, the region was back to having no delegate and it was like I had never become delegate. Wasn't even on the history page of Chillin.
Anyway we noticed this problem again tonight a few times --
