Can't change thread title because recapture won't load

When I tried to change the title of this thread from "Last Call" to "Submitted" the recapture image wouldn't load, so I couldn't post the changes. Please look into it

Well, I'm not exactly an expert on this, but I'm guessing that this site's much more suited to PCs & the like, given that this website's pretty much still running on a 17-year-old system; so there's not much that can be done in terms of changes. That's probably also why we can't change nation names.
