Historical resolution prefixes: UN#xxx or HR#xxx?

The resolution page for Repeal "Fight the Axis of Evil" (or indeed any other historical repeal) claims to be targetting "Resolution: UN#1." However, the resolution itself is cited at the top of the page at "Historical Resolution #78" and the filler text at the resolution's header reads "Historical Resolution #1... shall be struck out and rendered null and void."

Although this is a very low priority, are there any plans to ensure that one of UN#xxx and HR#xxx/Historical Resolution #xxx is used consistently on the gameside interface? Or is it borked just as 2002-model Max Barry intended?

Well, since UN# is how they were cited by players at the time (in other resolutions, etc.), the text of the repeal will obviously still contain UN. At the same time, returning to calling it "United Nations Resolution" in the system text might cause another cease and desist letter from the UN.
