The WA Delegacy of Ytic Emirc was taken by a nation called Allegheny 3, who has since resigned from the WA. They remain the WA Delegate of Ytic Emirc but are cited by the site to have "resigned from the WA," as if we were in the pre-Regional Officers era. What's going on here, then?
