The website has forgotten my authority

I asked the moderators for a client key to use telegram APIs, I got the client key and for a short while the website said I was allowed to recruit for Warzone Europe. As far as I know the client key has not been terminated because it still works and even if it had been I would've been able to appeal since I have never gotten warned by moderators but now when I try to manually recruit (because the API is really slow) it says I'm not authorized to recruit for Warzone Europe. Can I get help or do I have to apply for another key?
Keep in mind that my nation has nothing to do with my real life political views, it's just funner to play as a crackpot slavedriver then a goody two shoes

Warzone Europe's Admin page says only ROs with Communication authority are allowed to recruit for the region. Maybe the Delegate changed the settings?

Sending recruitment telegrams without marking them as recruitment telegrams isn't allowed. I sent a GHR to the moderators.
