Regional officer issue when appointing?

Hi! I was detagging a region at the previous update with my puppet I Will Never Let You Down, but for some reason, I was unable to do so? On the regional happenings there is no note that I have tried to appoint myself as officer as you can see:

8 hours ago: The Republic of I Will Never Let You Down dismissed The Republic of Allegheny 25 as s of The Greater Star Region Of Bleria.
8 hours ago: The Republic of I Will Never Let You Down dismissed The Republic of Guy 28 as raida!! of The Greater Star Region Of Bleria.
8 hours ago: The Republic of I Will Never Let You Down became regional WA Delegate.

However, an issue has arisen in that, I did indeed appoint myself as an officer, as you can see on the activity page as well as my nation page.

8 hours ago: I Will Never Let You Down appointed I Will Never Let You Down as rra with authority over Appearance, Communications, Embassies, and Polls in The Greater Star Region Of Bleria.

However, when I came to to do so, I had no powers in the Regional Admin CP, I had no issues with any other switchers I was using during the same update. I was using Google Chrome if that helps at all.

This seems to have also happened in Puppets of Maiterion.
