RE capitalised names: Is it "Luna Amore" or "Luna amore"?

The forumside profile of a certain Game Moderator refers to his name as being "Luna amore." However, when I access his gameside profile, his name is displayed as "Luna Amore" with a capital A. What explains this disreptancy?
