Communications role not allowing mass telegrams

No, this is not a case of not waiting long enough, I've been a communications officer for over two days, am able to write welcome telegrams, but not mass telegrams. Is this a case of the server taking a while to recognize this or just a random bug?

You can telegram all nations within your region if you have the Communications role for 26 hours. At time of posting it looked like you have had the role for 25 hours, which is one hour short. This is indeed a case of not waiting long enough.

I'd check again in a few minutes to an hour.

Unless you want to mass telegram nations outside your region, in which case you have to buy stamps.

Yes, thank you. It turned out to simply be a case of the server. On my page it said I had held the position for two days, but I now check it and the situation is fine. Thank you for your help.
