It's a glitch that I think happens when there are too many nations around. But I'm not sure.
Neither player using this account is atheist.

It's a known problem. The root cause hasn't been identified, but there are subroutines that go back and correct it. It's transitory and not something we're concerned about.

A while ago I saw that a nation was ranked second in WA endorsements when it had no endorsements. It's no big deal
