Require password confirmation before changing your password

While I haven't been personally effected by this, I've been in the midst of updating all the abysmal passwords on my puppets, and noticed you don't need to confirm your nation's password before changing it.

I believe this is a minor security oversight - particularly for people who hit 'stay logged in.'

If you were to leave your laptop open, someone could change your password and log out. If you haven't set an email, retrieving that nation would become troublesome.

While it's admittedly minor, I think it's worth addressing even if only to cross the proverbial Ts and dot the proverbial Is.
