April Fools Minigame 2020? (It's another SecGen election!)

Max Barry, in his infinite wisdom, clarified last Monday that "This year's April Fools event will not be virus-related." Does this rule out April Fools being postponed due to the risk of asking 185,000 national leaders to come together at this time? If so, are we getting it sooner or later? Could I have screwed up massively in making the assumption in my title that we'll get a ninth consecutive minigame? In fact, do you - the humble reader - indeed have any speculation, information, or contemplation of those things that are to be about a day from now, for about a day until we all forget about it?
