Can dispatch be downvoted so much that it will show negative number of upvotes like -50 or -178 etc?

I upvoted a dispatch but it stayed at one. So there was more downvotes than upvotes. So it's impossible to show negative.

Might be possible that it's not to lower self esteem for unpopular people from cliques. If you look at most social media, most have it that you can't have it that you dislike something.

I guess you can try experiment with it if you have hundred downvotes from people but there's probably examples of unpopular dispatches like this one that if you were to upvote it it stays at one.
