One piece of the advice that you gave over there seems to represent a change in Modly policy. You told somebody who asked that having 'Danny DeVito' as their national animal should be okay... but I thought that RL individual Humans, just like RL Human ethnic or cultural groups, were off-limits in this role due to the potential for trolling by using [e.g.] RL politicians or religious leaders (or even the user-names of other players) as national animals?

But you simply answer issues with your nation, or roleplay with your nation on the forums and craft great lore and backstory for nation, or become an active member in your region, or collect cards. And that's about all the things I can name.
