Mark Topics Unread Option

Can we have a "mark topics unread" option? We have a mark topics read option, and I'd like a button that does the reverse

Technical suggestions tend to get more traction if you can provide good reasons why they should be implemented. "I'd like a..." isn't enough for admin to spend time implementing a change.

Besides, you can always bookmark a topic if you want to read it again.
