I'm trying to be a benevolent dictatorship with CR of 82 or higher. Can someone help me? It's been slipping lately when I answer some issues I thought had nothing to do with CR, in essence I've fallen for a few traps. Also, is freedom of speech good or bad for becoming a B dictatorship? I've turned down a few suggestiosn to censor (insert issue related thing here)?
