It would appear as I have -2,000 weather yet I'm stuck in the middle of people who have -600?

All that being said I don't mind having the world's worst weather almost 4 times over I just thought it may be a bug

Sorry for breaking NS ..... Again first the 34,001 card and now this :p

EDIT 1: According to the graph my weather started at about -1500 (more then twice the current worse)

I'm not seeing anything wrong. You are around other -2000's. No ordering issue. The lowest in the world is currently near -14,000 as well.
