Crop or resize the flag using an image editing software (paint.net, photoshop, etc) to make it smaller, then re-upload.
Became an editor on 18/01/23 techie on 29/01/24

Yeah, one of my nations whose flag I just restored is gigantic as well. Usually it resizes it automatically to a normal flag size. Is this a bug?

They just updated the exception in regards to flag resizing only two days ago, so now a flag won't be resized if it's under 150 kilos and fits within 535x355 or 321x568 pixels in dimension.

The flag on your account you linked to is only 20 kilobytes and is 477x342 pixels, so it won't be resized any smaller because it fits the requirements for the new flag resize exception.
