This should be in Technical -- but don't make another post there; I've asked for this to be towed by the Mods, when they have a moment.
This section of the forum FAQs tells you how to use images. You need to have a URL for the picture. You can't post pictures directly from your computer; they need to be posted to an image hosting site first.
