Challenge game made as a one-off for the 10th anniversary of NS, and functions as a stats comparison.
In other words, all it really does is put your nation head-to-head with another on whichever stat was selected. If that stat is for highest crime rate, then yes, the higher crime rate nation wins a point. Same if the stat is the Basket Weaving Industry, Least Crime, and so on.
